Hello!
Thank you everyone for completing the change of address form so quickly. We've pulled the shipping lists and will work on getting everything out in the next week or so. You should be receiving shipment notifications to your Backerkit email when your label is printed with tracking info.
If you didn't get a chance to update your address or have any lingering questions, you can reach out to the fine folks at [email protected] and they'll do their best to help.
Some of you have asked about purchasing the expansion. For the moment, we're holding off on making it publicly available, but will send out an update if that changes.
Again, we're so sorry this process has been such a slow and difficult one. We're eternally grateful for your patience in all this.

We're still here!
So, again, I can't really express how frustrated I am to have let folks down and not had this happen much sooner. But! The good news is that we finally have EVERYTHING and it's all ready to ship out.
As of right now, you should all have received a new survey from backerkit to update your address within the next 48hrs. Please check your backerkit/kickstarter emails for that survey.
If you don't immediately see it search for [email protected], which is the email address it will have come from.
If you've already received a refund, you'll be automatically removed from our shipping lists, but will still get this survey email. Feel free to ignore it.
Because we need a final shipping list, we'll be closing our refund form in 24hrs. If you requested a refund already, check your inboxes for emails from [email protected].We're standing by to process all requests right now.

A New Manufacturer

Hi Everyone,
Let me first assure you that we have not forgotten about fulfilling the last parts of Wizard School. In fact, for the last couple months, every day we've felt like it could be the day that we'd have good news, that everything was done, and we would be shipping shortly! I think we held out hope too long with our manufacturer, that everything would be alright in the end.
On the surface, every decision we made, on it's own, was hard to second guess. Yes, there was a hiccup in manufacturing, but with the promise that it would only take a week or two to correct, it seemed like a better choice than to start over the 8-10 week production cycle with a new company. However, after several of these hiccups, and adding in delays in getting information, way way more time passed than is acceptable.
We finally have to accept the company which we chose to put our faith and our investment is never going to get this together. We've already had 2 runs of this fairly simple expansion, both of which were completely wrong and are unusable.
But we absolutely are not going to give up. As you know from your print and play, the design of the expansion has been done and we want to get it into your hands so you can add it to your core game! We have a new company lined up, and we're absorbing the costs of finally giving up on the old one.
Fingers crossed that we're now going to be full speed ahead without any of these problems that have plagued us for months and months!!
We are truly sorry for the delays and we continue to work to fulfill our promises to you from the Kickstarter.
